On February 5, 2024, Shangyao Kangge held the 2024 annual work conference with the theme of "Growing together, aiming at the peak" in the new factory of Shangyao Medical Equipment Industrial Park.

In his speech, he pointed out the importance of sales work in Kangge, requiring all departments of the company to work around sales, take service sales as the center, together to provide guarantee for a breakthrough in sales work in 2024, and at the same time, there are more expectations for the consumables sector to become bigger and stronger under the industrial framework of "one and two wings" in medicine and medical equipment.
